A guy walks into a salon to get a haircut, little did he realize 5 years later he’d be marrying the girl who gave him that hair cut. Or maybe…once he sat in that chair and laid eyes on her, he knew. Love is like that.
Tasia and Joel aren’t the traditional type. Nope, these two knew they wanted to do things their way. No tux, no big dress, no big fuss, just a relaxed, fun time with the people they love. So, Vegas it was! They flew to Vegas from Wisconsin 2 days before their wedding day, met Jason and I for their engagement session, and hung out with their friends and family who flew from Hawaii for the big day.
The day of the wedding, we met up with them at New York New York Hotel & Casino, where Tasia was getting dolled up by the talented Christa from Amelia C & Co. Hair and Makeup Artistry and Joel was in the casino playing craps! Gotta love it
Later, we walked around the hotel for some fun portraits and I must say that Tasia’s red rhinestone stilettos caught everyone’s eyes! These shoes were fabulous and so perfect for Tasia! They officially tied the knot at the famous Little Chapel of the West on Las Vegas Blvd and although they don’t allow any photography in the chapel (professional or not) we managed to sneak a few shots outside before and after the ceremony
Afterwards, we all headed to the strip for a few more fun shots with the lights of Las Vegas in the background.
T+J: We wish you the best! We had a blast with you and your family! Mahalo, thanks for having us be a part of your wedding day!
